This beautifully appointed condo is located directly across the street from Beach Access 11, and only a 15 minute walk to Siesta Key Village! This is an ideal location, where you can relax at the world famous beach by day, and then head off to the night life and shops of the village by foot, or by locally available shuttle rides. We provide a well equipped kitchen with all of the amenities/utensils you may need for your in-house cooking. We also have upgraded furniture and high end sleeping accommodations; including a fabulous sleeper sofa. Our condo is uniquely located in a very quiet spot in the complex, especially since we have no neighbors above our unit or on any side; making for very quiet and peaceful accommodations. Additionally, we have recently purchased an installed two new televisions, a large screen in the living room, and a 32" in the master bedroom. We have secure wireless internet, cable TV, and for your convenience we provide local phone service. One of our favorite accommodations is the gorgeous view from our indoor sunroom. You can enjoy breakfast and morning coffee while looking at the Gulf of Mexico, or play cards while enjoying the sunset in the evening. We are only steps from the white quartz sandy beach where you can hear the lapping of the gulf during an evening stroll. When we stay in our home we take advantage of locally delivered groceries and "tip only" taxi service on the key (information is posted on our welcome board in our home). We are confident you will enjoy your time in Siesta Key, and that this condo will exceed your expectations!
